Come spend a little time in the garden with me! We Come spend a little time in the garden with me! We’ve had an unusual spate of warm weather this week, so I sat outside and enjoyed myself yesterday. Looking forward to doing this more often as the days grow longer.
I found myself with the tiniest increment of spare I found myself with the tiniest increment of spare time this morning, but there was no need to worry. I had not one, not two, but three different knitting projects in my purse. I filled that spare time easily enough.

It’s called the Radling Scarflet, named for my daughter and the funny nickname my friends gave her before she was born. It’s a great project for using up leftovers and scraps, because it only takes about 100 yards of sport or fingering-weight yarn. You can use several different colors for stripes or a gradient, and you could even use it as a way to knit up some of the mini skins from one of your advent calendars. Want to knit your own?
